The pet industry produces over 300 million tons of plastic waste each year. We are building a different supply chain — one where materials are traceable, biodegradable, and responsibly sourced.

Materials

Biodegradable without compromise

Our eco materials meet the same durability and performance standards as conventional plastics — certified to break down when their useful life is over.

EN 13432 Certified

Our biodegradable materials meet the EU harmonized standard for industrial compostability — disintegration within 12 weeks, full biodegradation within 6 months, leaving no harmful residue.

OK Compost HOME (in progress)

We are pursuing TÜV Austria's OK Compost HOME certification for products that break down in home composting conditions at ambient temperature — the stricter standard for consumer-facing eco claims.

Plant-based polymers

Wherever technically feasible, we substitute petroleum-derived plastics with PLA and PBAT blends derived from corn starch and other renewable feedstocks. Performance parity with conventional plastics for daily-use applications.

Full material traceability

Every raw material batch is traceable to its supplier, lot number, and production date. We provide material declarations and SDS sheets with every order — essential for EU import documentation.

Biodegradable Poop Bags — proof that essential products can be responsible

Our EN 13432 certified biodegradable poop bags decompose into water, CO₂, and biomass within 180 days in industrial composting conditions. No microplastics, no persistent waste.

Available in bulk rolls with custom packaging and branding. The same bag performance — strength, thickness, leak resistance — in a material that does not outlive the product it carries.

Responsible manufacturing

Sustainability is not just about materials — it is about how we run the factory day to day.

Energy efficiency

Injection molding machines upgraded to servo-hydraulic drives reduce energy consumption by up to 40% compared to conventional hydraulic systems. LED factory lighting and motion-activated zone control reduce electricity waste.

Waste management

Production scrap — sprues, runners, reject parts — is reground and reintroduced into non-cosmetic components where material properties allow. Cardboard and paper waste is baled and sent to certified recycling partners.

Water conservation

Closed-loop cooling water systems for injection molding machines eliminate continuous water draw. Rainwater harvesting supplements non-process water needs for facility maintenance.

Packaging reduction

We offer bulk-pack and minimal-pack options that reduce per-unit packaging volume by 30–60% compared to retail-ready packaging. For brands that need retail packaging, we source FSC-certified paperboard and soy-based inks.
