Choose the right sample for your stage

Whether you are evaluating quality for the first time or validating a custom design, there is a sample path for you.

Existing Product Sample

5–7 days

Production units from current inventory with standard branding. Evaluate build quality, materials, and functionality before committing. Sample cost is credited against your first production order.

Sample cost + shipping; credited on first order

Custom OEM Sample

2–4 weeks

Pre-production samples with your branding, custom color, packaging, and any minor modifications. Includes dimensional report and functional test results. Tooling costs may apply for new molds.

Spare Parts Kit

Ships with main order

Common spare parts kit — motors, pumps, sensors, PCBs, filters, adapters — recommended at 2–3% of order quantity. Ensures you have replacement parts on hand from day one without waiting for international shipping.

Sample policies

Transparent terms, no fine print

Who pays for samples?
You pay the sample unit cost and shipping. For existing-product samples, this amount is credited against your first production order. For custom OEM samples, tooling costs are separate and amortized across the production run.
How many samples can I order?
Typically 1–5 units per SKU for existing products. For custom samples, we produce 3–5 pre-production units for your evaluation. Larger sample quantities can be discussed for multi-store pilots.
Can I customize the sample?
Existing-product samples ship with standard branding. If you need branded samples, that falls under the Custom OEM Sample path — we apply your branding to a small pre-production batch.
What documentation comes with samples?
Every sample shipment includes a dimensional report, material spec sheet, and functional test checklist. Certification documents (CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH) are provided separately upon request.
