Yes. We provide existing-product samples and, for OEM/ODM projects, custom samples after specs are confirmed. Sample and shipping costs depend on the item and are usually credited against your first order.
What is your typical MOQ?
It varies by product and customization level — generally a few hundred to a thousand units per SKU for smart devices, and lower for basic supplies. Tell us your target and we'll confirm the exact MOQ.
What are your lead times?
Stock items ship fastest; OEM/ODM lead time depends on tooling, certification and order volume. We share a realistic production schedule with every quote so you can plan inventory.
What payment terms do you accept?
Common B2B terms (e.g. a deposit with balance before shipment) via bank transfer; specifics are agreed per order. We're happy to walk through options for your first project.
