Tooling, molding, PCB assembly — all under one roof
Unlike factories that outsource tooling or PCB assembly to third parties, Mesete keeps every critical process in-house. This eliminates the coordination delays and quality gaps that plague multi-vendor supply chains.
Our mold shop runs 24/6 with CNC and EDM capability. The SMT lines handle 0402 components and fine-pitch ICs with automated optical inspection at every station. What this means for you: faster new-product introduction, tighter tolerances, and one accountable partner — not a web of subcontractors.
4-stage QC, from raw material to container
Every unit passes through four inspection gates before it leaves the factory. No shortcuts, no batch-level sampling for critical checks.
IQC — Incoming
Every raw material batch — ABS, PP, PC, stainless steel, electronic components — is inspected against spec sheets before entering production. Non-conforming lots are rejected at the gate.
IPQC — In-Process
Roaming inspectors audit each line at 2-hour intervals. Critical dimensions, soldering quality, and assembly torque are spot-checked against control limits. Deviations trigger immediate line-stop.
FQC — Final
100% of finished units pass through a multi-point checklist: appearance, function, electrical safety, and packaging. Units that fail any checkpoint are quarantined for root-cause analysis.
OQC — Outgoing
AQL sampling per ISO 2859-1 before each shipment. Our standard is Level II, AQL 0.65 for critical defects — tighter than the industry default. A detailed OQC report ships with every order.
